  • Prebook your next appointment during your visit to secure your preferred time and stylist. Need to reschedule? Use Online Booking here or any Book Now button on our website. For questions or special requests, call or text 904-580-3697.


  • If you’re running late, please call 904-580-3697. Arrivals more than 10 minutes past your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and service charges still applied. Thank you for helping us keep every client’s experience smooth and enjoyable.

  • Call or text 904-580-3697 during business hours Tue- Fri 9AM-4PM, Sat 9AM-3PM. Messages on holidays or weekends will be returned the next business day. We do not book appointments via social media dms.

  • Click here to reschedule or cancel. If your preferred time isn’t available join the waitlist. Please note, appointments can’t be canceled through your stylist or social media, and popular stylists fill quickly.

  • Yes! Please arrive with clean hair washed within 24 hours and free of styling products. This helps us achieve the best results, for blonding, extensions and color.

  • • Blowouts & Treatments: No consultation needed; we may request a photo for an accurate estimate.

    • Haircuts, Color & Highlights: Send current and inspiration photos to schedule enough time and the right stylist.

    • Hair Extensions: Phone consultation required. Send a current hair photo; we’ll guide you to the best method and custom-order extensions if ready. No available slots? Text 904-580-3697.

  • To keep your visit relaxing and enjoyable:

    Bring: Your computer (Wi-Fi provided), headphones/airpods, and snacks.

    Do Not Bring: Children or pets (except service animals).

  • We want you to love your hair! If you’re unhappy with your color within 72 hours and used our recommended products, we’ll redo it per our policy [here]. After 72 hours, text or email us and we’ll do our best to help. Refunds are not offered, but your satisfaction is our priority.

  • At The Fox Salon, we want you to feel confident and cared for. Each stylist has specialties, and we schedule appointments to match your needs. If you’d like to try a new stylist, just text or call us, and we’ll recommend the best fit to achieve your desired look.

  • Add yourself to our waitlist online here or text 904-580-3697 with your name, contact info, preferred stylist, and services. We’ll reach out if an opening becomes available. Please note waitlist placement does not guarantee an appointment.

  • With proper care, beaded row extensions last 8–12 months and K-Tips up to 4 months. We recommend “move-up” sessions every 4–6 weeks for wefts.

  • Yes! We take photos to track progress and showcase our work, but we never share images without your permission. Mini photoshoots are optional and meant to celebrate your hair!

  • Wear whatever makes you feel confident! With photos and videos taken (with your permission), neutrals or flattering colors like black and grey are always a great choice.

  • Each appointment is customized per client. You will receive a quote when you book. For our starting prices, check our our services page here.

  • We accept debit, credit card or apple pay. We do not take cash, checks or use venmo for payment, but tips can be given via cash or venmo.

  • Appointment lengths vary by service. For color and extensions, we’ll confirm the exact time after reviewing your photos and preferences via text to ensure you’re booked correctly.
